NOMINATION FOR AMAA 2020
 
The Centre For Memories is excited to announce that its documentary on the Nigeria-Biafra War titled, JANUARY 15, 1970: Untold Memories of the Nigeria-Biafra War, has been nominated for the Africa Movie Academy Awards in the "Best Documentary" category.  It is the only documentary from Nigeria and shortlisted from over 600 entries from across Africa.  

The documentary has been adjudged to be one of the most balanced and unbiased accounts of the Nigeria-Biafra War and was produced for the Centre for Memories by Ed Emeka Keazor (Ezennia Ugonabo n’Obosi) of Alto Historical Media.

The Centre is producing another documentary on Dr. Michael Okpara titled, M. I. POWER: The Legend and his Legacy.
